Readers don't often give authors their flowers, myself included. We get so caught up in the entitlement of reading an author's work we forget to celebrate them. In honor of National Book Month, I want to take the opportunity to celebrate Takerra Allen. I read her first series two years ago and I have been hooked ever since.
