It's no secret that the literary world thrives on word of mouth recommendations. All it takes is for a respected reader to say a book is good, or a book to turn into a hyped book for readers to give the book a chance. Which is how Drowning Without You by Diamond D. Johnson ended up in my Kindle library. The reviews, the cover and the fact that it was a standalone, quickly helped me decide which book to read for this month's newsletter. Below I'll post what my friends on Goodreads had to say about this book.
Now let's talk about it! Have you read this book or do you plan on reading it? If you read it, did one of your book besties recommend it to you? If you plan on reading it, what compelled you to add it to your TBR?
